Another attempt. 
Quite a mess, but it's the closest thing I was able to achieve till now.
Sorry, I forgot to state in advance: it's Mod III + a couple of free modules (J9K's Matrix and Shroomz's ECC83).
Currently it's monophonic, since I'm using a single note from it, but double voicing may come in useful, due to the broken off release stage during note transitions (as you can hear in the Mp3 sample); didn't yet tried but doubling the note one octave up or down might enhance the sound .
