Perhaps someone has already posted about this subject, sorry...
but I didn't make to find it on the forum.
Anyone has infos about behaviour of Scope v4.5 under Windows Vista OS?
Are drivers working fine, without problems.
I'm thinking about upgrading MB and CPU, so I'm trying to understand if better get a copy of XP again with the new pc, or get already a copy of Vista.
Thanx in avdvance.
All the best

Who said that ?
There is no official statement that they do.
i dont want to say something wrong
but i remember that they were busy with testing beta vista drivers when i phoned with the sonnicore support some months ago
maybe they canceled it or something
or it was for their new development
dunno
but im sure i heared the words scope and vista drivers

I just did not remeber any word from soniccore.
So if you have it from them it is at least a quite underpinned rumor.
true words
i think so, yeah

I'm definetly with gary... no need for Vista... at least in the next two years. I've just tried it a little on a friend's laptop and it was an awful experience!!!
All that I'm asking is a LINUX driver... that would be my Ultimate Heaven of DAWs!!!
Just imagine how sweet could be running SFP with that nice Ubuntu graphics... (woops, I feel like Homer SImpson in the chocolate's land!

the question isn't who needs Vista, SC just HAS to have Vista support soon, much more than OSX even (let alone Linux).

well, I'm not saying that SC could ignore Vista... off course they won't. I'm just saying that as far as my experience goes, Vista isn't at a mature stage of is developement, as any of Microsoft OSes at their first release.
As for the Linux issue, I was just dreaming!!!
