Need urgently help:

I purchased a scope pro and now I removed my old generation 1 pulsar + SRB and put the new board in. Installed driver again (seems to be o.k., shows new board and hardware number, but it shows only the old 16 bit option), start setup but whenI try to open the allkeys - file I get the error message:

cannot open registry file

and the installer hangs up!

I tried to clea the windows registry from old pulsar stuff, but no success.

has anybody an idea what to do now ??

Add Info: Before I tried to install on another computer to test the Hardware, this worked fine.

thanks in advance!

backup your old scope folder(for any non stck devices and their dsp files and presets which you'll want to save) and delete it.

the install should go well from there.

So to give a hand to John, I have moved this thread to the “Problem Solving” forum, as it really belongs there rather than here. Sorry for the inconvenience, cheers :)
