Scope sound stopped

Hi I sent a similar email to below to Creamware on 2nd August but had no reply yet so I am still without sound.
Hi
I have scope fusion platform version 3.1b Under installed hardware it says
(I put a number which starts with a Y)
where do I find the hardware serial number? Or is above it? As a lady I cant lift the computer and open it.
1.Can I upgrade the software?
2. I cant get ANY sound at all. I had sound for everything and then when I switched on NOTHING. I have run Norton virus checker and there don't appear to be any viruses. I have tested the speakers with a tape recorder and they work fine and also tried other speakers. When I open for instance Acid Pro 6 and play a wav file it shows the green line moving up and down on the meter ok. It pops up a notice which says error..."This output device driver for Creamware Midi in/out 2 does not exist" and "This input device driver for Creamware Midi in/out 2 does not exist " When I try other programmes eg wavelab 5 or Cubase SFX 3 or even windows media player I get no sound.
I have looked under device manage and sound and it says the Scope is working properly. Under properties both under audio and midi it says the driver is enabled and functioning properly. Under driver it says it is 1.50.10.0 and it is not digitally signed. Under volume it says no audio device. Under device volume and speaker settings everything is greyed out. Under sounds when I try to test a sound by clicking on the volume icon no sound is heard under the various categories.
If I go to start/accessories/entertainment/volume control It says "thereis no active mixer device available
3. Can you send me a registration key to save my endless putting in all those numbers. My emal address is (I put my email address)
Thank you
Please help a damsel in distress.
