I should leave this stuff to the pros, but this miht be something simple.
I forgot to close Scope while re locating some dll. files, now when the PC re boots Scope options to show or exit are frozen, and that little menu pop up won't work, so I re boot, same problem.
I thought I'd run the exe. again and it says to close all Scope apps., but they won't.
Any Gurus in Europe please reply.

Sorry I Fixed It,
I opened up Task Manager, deleted the menu, and started Scope from a desktop short cut.
GaryB would be proud.

where in task manager did you close it? I have same problem and task manager doesn't show it is running.
I used to have the icon in far right at bottom of screen and right click and it showed close and I closed it. But now it doesn't show up there.
I have tried to drag and drop it there but it won't go.
Thank you

I have since removed Scope from the start up menu in that DAW, but I was hitting Cnrtl>Alt>Del, then the task manager would show the Menu icon as running. I would delete it, then run Scope from the shorcut, which is obviously a contradiction in terms.
I now start my DAW and just load everything manually. This is what you get when you re install every application just to get a new app working. I am not adding anything again, as it is a major undertaking, and waste of time, I could have been practicing or making presets for God's sake.
I have decided to use my hardware sequencer and multitracker anyway. These big sequencer apps just seem to overbloat my DAW's. I had 100% stability playing live, I never should have loaded these CPU hogs on my DAW's. They are gone, as I will stay in the world of hardware and enjoy it's stability.
