Click Track / Metronome

The young girl next door to me is learning the flute and she plays very well.
However, I have noticed that her timing slips when she's practising.
Does anyone know of a piece of freeware that she can download to use as a click track or metronome please. Something whereby she can adjust the BPM and use a variety of timescales.
I'd be grateful if any knowledgeable members can help.
