Hi all,

What should be installed first, Scope or recording software, and why? Does it
depend on sequencer ?

but I always would go for drivers first and then the rest.

so I would go
scope driver-> Scope-> Sequencer

i'd go drivers, sequencer, scope, only because that way you'll have the default "vstplugins" folder to install xtc plugs into. it's not crucial either way, however.
