cracks when mixer is visible

Hi,
after a system crash and complete new software installation I've got some problems with my Lunar/Pulsar combination.
Using cubase audio recording and playing works fine, as long as the Scope software is hidden. As soon as I show Scope and open the Mixer everything starts to crack and pop. I've tried the standard and the classic graphics mode with no results. I've also tried to change the Windows Graphics settings with no result.
Any help?
