use a midi monitor connected to the pulsar midi source when the nord is connected and check for active sensing messages. if they are there, turn off active sensing on the nord, or if that's not possible, use a midi filter between the pulsar midi source and everything else.
also, there's a high probability of a feedback loop within your routing, check for this....

use midi filters between your midi sources and destinations.
99.9% it will solve the freezes problem.
ds3 nice mobo.

The Sequencer 2 module module connected to both In and Out of your mixtable (or the big device in the middle) is likely to provoke midi feedback (what goes out comes back in and so on infinitely).
What should be at the output of the Mixer is a Sequencer 3 if possible. More exactly, you have to find a way so what goes in does not go back to the same source. This is usually done by adding a seq source or dest module (it sdepends on your setup). This also allows not to use filters and not think about it when it is correctly set up (it is the technique used to get Parameter Feedback on hardware controllers that have that feature. Otherwise, it causes midi feedback).
I hope it helps.

you want to connect to the "mfil" output. the "Minv" output is only the filtered data(the stuff you don't want). if you open the midi filter, you will see what's being filtered.
