Strange ASIO behavior

Hello,
I run a setup with to Pulsar II and one Luna card on P4D Intel 945 Board under XP. Normaly every thing works fine, how ever in that last time a strange Problem ocured with any ASIO driver I load:
If I set up a new Scope Project and insert the ASIO driver everthing works fine - even under System Stress test. How ever, if I save the Project, restart the computer and reload the Project the complete system hangs after a minute. If I remove the ASIO driver from the Project and insert the same ASIO driver with the same connection every thing is fine again.
Does anyone have an idea what this is?
