ext midi controller+modular2=uneven filter sweeps

I own the behringer bcf2000, excellent and cheap midi controller, when i hook it up to control, lets say, "fabfilter´s" filter freq, ( a cubase vst synth), it works fine, but if i hook it up to control modular2, filters, i get this uneven filter sweep(if i controll the freq of a filter with the controller..), It sounds like the sweep is divided into 16 different areas/numbers, instead of the 127 that standar midi should provide.... if i make a filter sweep manually by controlling the sweep with the mouse, it sounds perfect. what is the problem? it seems like everything is fine outside the scope enviroment, but as soon as i try to control anyting inside scope, i get uneven or not smooth controller values...

anybody else had this problem? any suggestions?

Control a ConstVal, send it to Flexor's Control Smoother, then to Cutoff Mod. You can use CW's 6dB LP on very low setting instead of Flexor's Control Smoother.
