SFP not working with Logic 5.5

Hello people of Planet Z.
I have a P4 1.7 PC running 2 Pulsar I cards on XP and Logic 5.5
After a format and a fresh install of XP, SFP 3.1c and Logic, I can't
get Logic to sync with SFP. In ASIO 2 driver window it shows ASIO SCOPE
but in the "sync to " box" it shows --- these lines through the box.
I loaded a Logic project with the audio mixer and all effects and audio instrumets have a line through them.

Logic and SFP worked fine until the reinstall and after trying everything I can
I still can't make it work. SFP project has ASIO SOURCE and DESTINATION
present. I am almost bald from pulling out my hair so any suggestions would
be appreciated.

Thank you,
Royy66

stardust wrote:... I tried the search function of this forum with the search trems:
logic 5.5 ASIO

result was:
http://www.planetz.com/phpBB2/search.php?mode=results

Did you try that ?
I did, curiously... but I didn't expect not less than 3552 matches...
nice suggestion :D

stardust wrote:And if you put in: logic 5.5 ASIO
AND you set the radio button to "search for all terms"........

you will get 411 :D :D

And if you only search in problem solving forum youget.....

224 !! :D :D :D
still enough to spend a night with :)

(yeah, I did not limit the search to anything, my fault, but I'm not as ashamed as I would have been if you came over with let's say 20 matches :D )

Make Sure you have loaded an Project with all source and dest modules before you start Logc.

Make sure the soundcard settings and scope driver settings in the hardware manager are right are right .

Re install only the Pulsar Driver manually.

Check und uncheck the driver BOX in Logic.

Hello again.
As I am somewhat new to the Planet Z world of help, all suggestions regarding search methods have been noted for future use. Thank you. In the meantime, it is I who is ashamed. A small box in the driver section of Logic is what I needed to arm to have Logic see Pulsar so I am now functioning.

A classic case of not seeing the forest for the trees. Thank you again .

...and if ever this question arises from an other member here, YOU're the man who knows :)
