hi!
i tryied to import some playbacks from internet using the onboard realtec.
i loaded soundcard source in routing window.
i see there the choices that are realtec audio in, realtec dgital in and creamware in, and also the right window showing the frequencies.
but there is no sound comming.
what do i do wrong?

soundcard modules are buggy.
it's more simple to use creamware play/rec as the default windows sound driver.

i mean that it does not work

i've tried it with several cards and the result is sometimes gated audio, sometimes freezed audio and sometimes no audio.

My conclusion is:

it's better to use creamware drivers....

It's something that worked under Win98 and hasn't worked properly since, imo due to changes in the directsound layer in WinXP (it never worked properly in Win2k either). It's no great loss. If you need audio routed internally in scope either use Scope ASIO in one app & Wav/Mme in another & route between the modules in Scope, or try a demo copy of Virtual Audio Cable for xp.
