it's called TripleBoard 2 (identifiable by the tilted position of the big logic chip) and usually comes with TripleDat, sometimes with FireWalkers FX and the Osiris restoration package.
at it's time it was something like a Scope project regarding price - it's a 16 bit system (no idea about the conversion quality, though it had a good reputation in reviews) and it's in fact an ISA card.
Could still be usefull for vinyl recording (in a BX based P3 system) for a few bucks.
The processing quality is excellent.

Tom is right. this is how creamware started.
Card was an ISA software was tripledat sold for $1500 USD
Other plugins like Firewalkers was 500 USD
and Osiris was 800 USD
It was a complete HDR. Still have one in my K6 400 (win ME)
it has an internal processing of 80 bit.
it Sounds great for an ISA card and 16 bit.

for sure ...
i have made lots of audio works with it , recording, masterings ...
i still have it somewhere at home and i'm sure it would work very well today ... unfortunately, there's no more mobo with isa slot !!!
it's a shame to sell it !!! it's a collector

I've had this card and recorded and album with it (on cubase vst 3.5 to 3.6). It was good even if Isa standard was already getting near the end as far as sound card goes....
I've struggled on Christmas 2006 to install nearly the same card (but with an add on synchro card) along triple Dat on a Pentium II 450 mhz (rare one). It was for a fellow musician near Byron Bay (Australia) if my memory serves me right.
I remember having to write to tech support and getting a reply on the 25th of december wich amazed me. I couldn't get the card to be recognized at all and I thought that I had maybe fried it !
It was actually a piece of plastic bit from the slot that prevented some contacts to occur !
Later on I saw the brand new Pulsar cards in a Bribane's shop and I thought about this guy that just spent 10 000 A$ for his system...
