I think in this case he got 25 smilies round for a jam & gave them all charlie...

(don't know what charly stands for, but I can imagine some alternatives ).that's so surprising of putting smilies together, the backgrounds seem to melt together to one, which often renders an unexpected visual total- experience.
The synchronity of the animation does the rest, specially in this case).
