Installation problem

Hi. After some weeks waiting for Creamware´s reply (it appears that my email address had been filtered after all), here comes a new problem.

After receiving my alkeys file and downloading adaptec ASPI 4.71 as directed by the readme file, I started the setup process, selected the destination folder and then imported the data from the allkeys file. However, I just can´t go on with the setup process (the"next" button is disabled), as if some vital program key is missing or something. I don´t know if that´s the case, and if it is, which one is missing.

Here are the programs that are listed in the allkeys file:

Pulsar Software
Scope Fusion Platform
Main Studiotools Package
Effects Package 1
Synthesizer Package 1
Synthesizer Package 2
VolksZämpler SFP
STS-2000P
Pulsar Software

(yes, "Pulsar Software" appears twice).

So, could anyone point me to the right direction here? Do I have to buy a new license or something? Is something wrong with my allkeys file?

I thought that these keys were supposed to let me install the basic software and tools...

Thanks in advance for helping me out again

Yes, and Windows recognizes the Scope card as a functioning device...

Thanksfor the tips, Stardust.

When I started this topic the "my page"option at Creamware was offline. Now it's online, but I'm getting an ASP error when I try to download the allkeys file... :(

I'll try to copy them one by one and see what happens.

You know what? Creamware forgot to send me an "useless" key... the key to Scope 4.0 itself! :)

Problem solved. I hope to have some fun with my Scope card at last! :D
