"reading proficiency scores in public schools have tripled!" says a tv ad for Jersey City public schools... wait... so you're saying, in order to triple proficiency scores, the starting score had to have been 33% or lower!!!
wow, not good.....

it's like with lotions, tooth-paste,. etc., three times more effective/cheaper/better...so it was always shit what they sold you...
