I just bought on ebay a pulsar package and I have a serial/registration issue!!! The package contains 2 x Pulsar II cards and 2 x Luna cards. I arranged the transfer of registration. When I entered in my creamware account I found this:

The seller didn't email me any information about this and now he don't responde to my emails...

I am new to Pulsar so I have some questions:

These are the plugs that I have with the cards? If so can I download these plugs from creamware site, the seller gave me a CD with the software but I didn't find all the plugs that appers on the registration page.

Also can you tell me what plugs contain the Synthesizer Package II and Effects Package II ? The creamware site is so confuse.

Sorry for all that questions but I will like to start the "scoping" very fast. Thanks

Download scope 4.5 from CWaudio
On install use Scope professional and type in the keys you have;
or mail CWAudio to get a allkeys file whitch you then can import;

Thanks for the info. I have the 4.0 version. So the plugs that are in my creamware account are the plugs that I have to have, but why don't appear in my system, Do I have to make something else? I loaded the the serial keys but for example the Modular v2 is shown in the panel but doesn't load.

the best thing to do is to contact ralf with your SNs at the following email rb@creamware.de

request he send the allkeyfile for the cards.

this way you would import during installation and you don't miss a device.

what card do you have installed??

you only have Mod 2 for the Pulsar II so this card must be in the system
