still got sync problems (view last post to check what ive done till now, if u need)when i try to use my emulated midi ports there is no sound, my default directmusic is on microsoft synth(cant change it)is that got something to do with it??btw i spent about 2 hours with cubase support and thay havent been able to fix it (i really need a wizard in cubasepulsar in order to help me...loosing all hope.
i have a need to use the modular ; ),also remote help by msn would b great

You don't get sound out of midi ports ?.In the routing window you connect your pulsar/luna midi source to the midi in of modular.Or the Sequencer source to the modular midi in

emulated midi is disabled by default. it won't help anyway, don't use emulated ports.

in my sfp ive try both ways seqmidi out and the other one still no sound
how can i fix my sync problem,nothing helps me,nonemulated allways out of sync timestamp wont help,nothing do.
planet z ppl im lost (is all my efforts was in vain)i dont want to sell my pulsar but if i wont b able to solve the problem i will.
the sad thing is that i have also luna and i had plans to use them both.
can any one help me by remote(a pro user)maby i missed some thing

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling scope ?

yeah, i'd start from scratch(repartition, format. reinstall). something is not right. what other programs are running? antivirus?

...As the person who told him to resort to emulated MIDI, i'll state the reasons why we tried this:

* MIDI OUT from his seq. app (Nuendo 3) to his Scope Modular has latency. When recording the modular on Nuendo (and general playback), the Modular plays back the notes in a delay of 100ms. +/-.

* The all-famous 'Use System Timestamp' function didn't work.

I was starting to think maybe this issue has to do with monitoring of some sort...

ive turn most of the backround crap included antivirus,it a freash install allmost a few weaks could it b cos of my sis chipset,? i wanna b sure of that if it is ill change it into intel or somin ??btw tnx for the help

no, it should work with sis, although performance should be poor. i'd like to know your exact process to hear and record the midi data....

changing to an intel motherboard would be a good idea if you have the money and patience. i can give suggestions if you like. your computer should work nearly perfectly if it is setup properly.

what is your ulli setting? you are using asioSCOPE drivers in cubase and asio in scope, no?

i sent 4 hours with them helped by remote desktop i dont whanna waste mony if it wont solve my problem
i whant to get me mod3 and flexor cant wait

did you try using a software midi router, like HLD? (check for my post on the "tips and tricks " section about using midi controllers with scope). It should work the same way.

I can also help you "online" if you're on msn messenger.

i would like some online help by msn, from u or from any pulsarcubase wizard that will b able to solve my sync problem(see backround -my last posts)im gettin hopeless
