please turn off your caps. it's like you are shouting.

you should use the asioscope driver in cubase. make sure you do not have any cracked software. also, don't get rid of directx on your machine!

maybe something like that can happen...

what does the onboard sound have to do with the setup? the two clocks thing is interesting. asio multimedia and buffer settings would have nothing to do with cubase set up for asio scope....

Intel chipset much better choice,
particularly for audio purpose

To make MIDI work in sync and w/out latency, I suggest 2 things:

ASIO Driver: Do not use any other driver than SCOPE ASIO.

Midi: Try to find and "use system timestamp" in one of the drop down menus in Nuendo. (Devices --> Setup, or similar)

Nuendo - If you are a beginner, as you say, why start with Nuendo? Go for something simpler and cheaper such as Cubase SE. It works wery well for a beginner.

*should i try to use the emuladet creamware midi port??
*ive notice that i havent tried my emulated midi ins the right way - do i have to change the defult midi device in dirctx into creamwaremidi(emulated)??and i did try to.. but i cant change them(just by pressing on the columns on the right side)btw - i got sx cos of a good frainds advice.is cubase less problematic?
***and when i try to use activat the emulated ports in - device setup i can activate just the ins no the outs --creamware midi inout1 not active how come
and is that situation when i moving the file back the his orignal folder, there is NO emulated drivers in -devicesetup-midi direct music

*** ps in direct music settings the defult midi port is ---microsoft synthesizer -is that got somin to do with it??

No, and you should never use emulated ports.

the sis chipset on that motherboard is a major potential trouble source..

It probably isn't the culprit for his latency issues though. Emulated ports are a bigger possibility there. The SiS chipset will perhaps reveal further issues once you works out this particular problem though...

yes.
