for some reason, I can't change the bpm in SB404 or in any of the delay plugins.

when I click on the bpm box, it changes to 40 bpm and another click to 140 bpm.

hi
Just click on the textfield and write your tempo (SB404 between 60 and 250 bpm) and hit enter.
The textmarker is hidden until you hit a number.

sorry I referred to the same symptom on Prisma. under clock: "int" - it doesn't let me change clock's bpm values to only 140 or 30. hiting any number on that box doesn't do anything. it keeps on giving me wither 140 or 30 bpm.

Hm, that's weird... here, for Prisma, I click-select the BPM value then enter the value from the numpad. Another way, depending on the device, would be to drag the value up/down.

Sure this doesn't work for you? What version of Scope/SFP are you running?

If you use XTC, you can change the value by automation of your host, afaik.
Cheers,

Yeah, this is a bug in XTC mode as far as I am aware. The only way to alter the bpm is via your host's automation facilities.

thanks guys, but on the particular VST automation channel in my host, none of the available parameters, controls the bpm of the scope synth (like Lightwave for e.g).
There's a bunch of other parameters available to automate, but none of them seems to control my xtc synths plugins' bpm/tempo or any similar name. maybe someone who uses XTC with SX3 can tell me, where can I control the automation of the xtc synth's bpm in SX?

sx allows you to select further values.
i haven't used xtc mode for a while, so i don't remember exactly where the menu is, but it is there for sure....
