huh ... I guess this is my first track for about a year ... maybe two .... anyway ...

this is my attempt to start making music again ... dunno what else to say at the moment
I hope some of you leaves a comment ... and not necessarily a nice one

This very short piece is using:
Freq Monster
303
infiniti2
Shilo Bandpass

and for VSTi's
Battery, Voxynth, Bass-Station
and a load of effects

All the Best
) Carsten

is that what you say...? you got me in!

I just would put some huge reverb tailes on a few elements, to open up the air
Besides reverbs I use Pluggo's Sizzle Delay sometimes for that use

Thanks for the comments
.... nice

I was a bit worried that a bassline with so little variation would be just "Too much" .... glad you liked it blgrace.
Big verbs hubird - yeah ... I know what you mean, but I'm not a big friend of big verbs. When I tend to use 'em they sound .... well .. bad
but I'll promise to keep it in mind for the next piece I do

about the length .. well ... this suited the film in my head very well. It was made on a budget so I had to cut some scenes

well, I just mean some spare highlights, to suggest a bigger 'room',not that big overall reverberated sound.
Say there's one tambourin shot every 4 bars (example), if you put a long tail on it you're already there
But you know that already

If anything, cutting back on the track's mid to HF content may serve it well, but it's got a good structure anyway. Nice one!
