hi, i bought dynatube bundle about half an hour ago.
according to e-mail receved from creamware i should have got the activation key within m,inutes thrugh creamwares website in my page.
but the activation key has not appeared yet.
i have emailed to support@creaware.de, and i hope that i will get the key within minutes and not days.
i have bought many plugs from creamware and mostly the keys are send quickly to my page, except six-string that took 3 weeks.
i hope that this is not going to happen now.

is there another way to get the activation keys now?

There's no other way.

Maybe you should give it a bit more time than a half hour...

be sure that you are not browsing the web in local mode, because i remember about the same problem of you and solved it by deleting all browser cache and cookies.
Maybe....

u might wanna try this adress:

replace the stars with your hardware serial number.

no keys yet. i think i must forget it for today.
what do you mean local mode djmicron?

while still watting for the activation key of dynatube bandle, i bought arpeggiator2.
i didn't really needed it but i bought it in case this helps to unblock creamwares server.
still waitting for activation keys for two plugs now: dynatube bundle and arp2.
i think that they should not mention that the activation keys will be in my page within a few minutes.

if they didn't change the procedure, the keys aren't generated automatically anymore.
Ralf has to take care of it, which he will (most likely) do within that time during business hours.
I'm afraid you'll have to wait 'till tomorrow morning... sorry

ps: I don't know if this is accurate info but afaik the registration server has been attacked frequently before they set it offline - just imagine a smart *ss tackling with the protection by sending floods of numbers etc

support@creaware.de looks funny. may be spell it creeeware
or creamware (with an m...)

i already bought it months ago.

the activation keys of dynatube bundle and arpeggiator2 is that are still not in my page.

my bad.

if you bought online a device. here is how it goes. the company that receive the money will then inform creamware. then ralf will generate the key.

please email your invoice to ralf (rb@creamware.de) and SN and request he sends you the plugin.

sorry these things are no longer instant. due to the server being hacked daily.
