It's now 6 months since I bought a Pulsar II second hand and despite numerous emails from the seller to Creamware (I've been cc'd), the registration still hasn't been transferred.

Purchasing Creamware Scope hardware secondhand is therefore *very* unadvisable at the moment.

well, i dunno but I bought a second hand Pulsar II a while back, sent a mail with the details to CWA and they transferred it within a couple of hours after getting my mail. What address are you mailing to?

Same here, bought a 2nd hand Scope professional few weeks back.
Within a few hours after the email everything was transfered. Make sure you give them all the details.

Simply send the SN of the second hand DSP card to ralf (rb@creamware.de) and include your login name and password and ask him to add the card to your account.

seller no need to contact creamware. Buyer after acquiring the card can contact creamware with a note to add the new board to their account.

Hi,

maybe the emails of your seller didn't reach us.
I don't know about the reason for this.

Write to my personal adress "rb@creamware.de" and i will register the board to your account.
Please let me know your adressdata, login-name and the hardwareserialnumber of the board you've bought and the registration will be done immediately.

cheers
ralf

If you read the first e-mail you may notice that it's the seller who sent the e-mails and not KPerry, who bought the card.
