Will SCOPE v4.5 software work properly in XTC mode with logic pc without the latency problem?

Hi i have scope 4.5 ,and 'use'(no more)in logic 5.5 ,in xtc mode its simply un-usable its totaly crap ,even if you set hig latency,FORGET IT!
