Oh, I forgot:
Please use ONLY the bx_digital for the mastering... it´s not about the volume or anything like that...
We would like to hear your EQ-settings only... if you want also please send in your bx_settings...!*
Best, Dirk.

i can't find the demo on CW's site. In fact bx isn't even listed under third party till you go to the shop - but i can't see a demo download there.

Draw a winner like a lottery, or pick a winner of the best master?

I have a couple questions about the contest:
1. Is there a deadline? If so, what is it? People can't keep submitting demos forever.
2. The plugin is obviously 32-bit (or may be even 64-bit?). Are we allowed to use dither on the end result, since you want a 16-bit file?
3. You say the plugin is a 5-hour demo. Do I have to do all the mastering in one session, or can I close the work and resume later? This was possible in previous CW demos plugs, if the Scope software was closed.
Thanks,
Shayne

is not the 15 of may the deadline ?

But what means 18mb. Do I have to cut the mastered file in a smaller part, because my email program sends it much bigger than the size that it's on computer?

Big tip! :
Read the manual first because we only have 5 hours to test the app.

Please check
http://www.brainworx-music.de for all the DETAILS about the contest and links!
The deadline is May 15! Some dither is ok if you want... we just do not want compressors, limiters, expanders, etc. in the signal...

Just record your bx_digital-output with any software in 16 Bit and send it in, ok?*
Best wishes from Germany, Dirk. / BX.

The 5 hours... DEMO:
You can split your sessions... an overall limit of 5 hours is set only for the bx itself.... ok?

I used the ASIO1 32-bit modules to record the 32-bit ouput from the BX, and then I dithered that down to 16-bit in Sonar with POW-r. They said that was OK. I used only the plugin in the routing window, no mixers or anything.
Hope that helps.
