I still can't believe anybody is using that old stuff anymore. The interface was terrible -- it couldn't even do stereo effects!!

Maybe the like how it uses memory? 12MB RAM per mixing page (x4) and 8 MB per bus page (x2)? Nowadays all channels share memory/gfx, so they use way less in total than the BugMixer per page...

Or maybe they just want a device that will screw up their phase consistency completely?

j/k,

So are you saying the Big Mixer messes with phase?

Is there a better mixer for Scope?

I really want to get rid of my 02r. I use Bigmixer basically for summing and a little channel processing. Having the phase correction button on sometimes sounds worse!

Sorry I just realised you were referring to the older mixer. I am using the new one. the 4896 i think. Still the same questions for this tho. Is there a better option since I am missing the ability to bang all faders so I can get fader positions to my controller.
