Hi there folks..
having some probs with configuring my pulsarII to the new adobe audition 2
I was used to the wav drivers in the past edition but now in the new version of auditon that kind of drivers come in a crazy number..almost 50(i mean in out)..
the asio comes fine as the new mixing engine is thought around them but such a pain to configure just tryed some but glitches all the time..
also..in the stereo driver it say like scope drive 1L(mean mono left)..hu?
Dunno wich kind of asio driver would work fine so if someone have done a fine tuning of it please please tell me!!

Doesn't Audition use floating 32 bit to process waves inside the application?

Creamware has 24 bit ASIO, not 32. So record at 24, I guess...

hi paul...yes i know bout the 24 bit driver..i think the "asio flt" are built for the 32 bit floating..but what i dunno is if it involve only the internal process of audition (is the output to the board in 16 bit??).. so dunno what driver best to use yet!

There is also the fact that you must have Service Pack 2 installed. Do you?

Oh well nice forum arela.. so..many people having issues opening old 1.5 project in the 2.0.. this have some to do with live effects cause the asio engine suck more cpu and the nuber of live effects must be reduced..kinda ..umm.. not a big deal i think

Well, I stuck to Cool Edit Pro because Audition 1.5 has a lot of performance problems in my machine(spontaneous shutdowns, freezing...). I won't install SP2 either. Too bad for Adobe...
