Ladies, gentlemen and assorted,
As much as i like the concept of on board accelerators for audio, the setup for this system is a bitch and you all know it.

Can anyone provide a reference for the CSET.INI file. I can't find any single consolidated work that explains what all the sections and tags are or the value ranges.

I searched the forum for cset.ini and it contains a smattering of obtuse bits that for the pathologically retarded like me find perplexing and not very useful.

My problem is a simple one:

how to disable SFP from launching on startup.

I'm not at my DAW but isn't the setting to be find in the LiveBar "settings"? I don't remember which menu exactly and which tab but I'm sure you can disable it somewhere from within SFP's LiveBar.

Yes, in the settings there is a panel related to the default and the startup project saving (2 different things), where there is a checkbox that can enable and disable the startup.

That's not in CSET.INI, that's a Windows thing. You can do start > run > msconfig.exe and look in the "Startup" tab and untick any entry mentioning SFP.
