Does anybody knows this Van Halen' song(title in the subject)?
It's from -Fair warning-...

I can't easily judge if it's good or evil (I'm considering the opening of a thread about), however at today I can post a link to that song.

Van Halen - Sunday Afternoon In The Park/One Foot Out The Door

I'm still wondering about the processing (the most is analog i guess since it was made in the early '80s) behind the sounds used in the first of these songs.

What's your opinion about?

I think that there's a huge flanger with a small delay and a big feed-back in some synth parts. The synth has also some delay.

I can even hear kind of envelope follower on bass and snare drum in the opening, maybe it's used on guitars too, maybe with loose strings. Can't understand what it's driving; sound pitch? Flanger delay time? Filter? Some of these parameters look like being modulated even manually IMO.
Even wondering about synth waveforms

Though I'm not sure now this is the right page for posting this...
