Hi all

I have had 2 different 'allkeys' files off Creamware now, neither work, most of the new items do not register, I even get the 'Don't mess about with copy violation' message when I try.
Same if I try and load items individually and then put in the key from the allkeys file, using either of my 2 cards (SRB and P2).

I have a Scope SRB card that had the SnS and MnM packs; these were registered to my Pulsar2 card rather than the SRB.

rb@ has been very helpful, but the 2 allkeys files don't work, I don't even get Effects 2 etc in 4.5, or any of the other things I have bought previously.

All very odd. Anyone at Creamware out there?

Did you supply the right serialnumber?

i had a client this happened to. you'll likely have to send a request string to Ralf to get a proper set of keys. bad timing(with the holidays, german vacation).....

unfortunately, it's a matter of "be patient". the problem IS fixable.

Ralf sorted this out just before the Xmas holidays. He did individual keys for all the extra items, and I am still running in 4.0.
SBC needed a dsp file from 4.5 that's all.
ALl fine now.
