Yeah. If you have a subscription you can get to the articles on the soundonsound.com website as well. Pretty solid review. Overall he was positive about it, and really covered the full capabilities of the system well.

Some of the things he reminded me of that I thought might be cool additions would be: split out the LFO feature, add SYNC oscillator features, expand the front panel effects access controls. The one that usually gets me is access to the CV filter mod controls; I always want to tweak those. Single v. poly being a double-key combo is a weird one also. It's a great box regardless. Just mentioning some possibilities. Oh, headphone jack also...

Man, the Pro-12 is out now too... my wallet is crying... Don't know if non-subscribers can get to this link, but here it is:

I think one criticism of the review is very important:

Minimax (and all other CW VA synths, btw.) don't update their ADS(R) envelopes in realtime. Means, that you have to re-trigger the voice to make any changes on the envelope parameters take effect.

Should be fixed ASAP. On ALL Creamware synths.

(ok, I'm only dreaming here  )

Flexor envs do, as cw modules when you modulate them through mod inputs...
