2 of them (the ones with 'spherses') were done in 3D software like max, maya, lightwave, blender etc

I made this one lately, outdoor at night .
Nothing to compare with the (fantastic) quality of the pictures above, but somehow nice by perspective:

Cool photo hubird

You could make something very sci-fi from this.
(well, more sci-fi than it already is

It would be cool to see the escalator animated to move up or down

This is one i did in Max called Grid

Cool

Now the escalators just need to stand up, turn into a robot & start walking

That's nice Hubrid, it looks like the escalators are going down...

not sure what you mean with going down...you probably mean the top ends of the escalator itself are 'falling' down? or yet the escalator's steps are going downward?

Btw, the picture by experiment was taken with 'night' preset active, therefor the strong colours of the red and green posts and the whites of the escalators.
I liked it, I just added a bit of 'Plastic wrap' to emphasize the artificial atmosphere.
Thanks for interest, both of you

Yes. If you look at the bottom of the escalator, the escalator is going up. At the end of the escalator, it seems (eye illusion maybe?) that escalator stops at the water's edge.

I overlooked that it was not a new avator...
very nice, I think it's time for me to explore one of those 3D programs...

PS. I edited the picture, I removed the ceiling of the bridge part at the very right, it's just dark now above the little tree.

Nice. You had to lay on the ground for this one ? There are many good shots that don't happen unless people give up on the two meter rule ...

2 meter rule?

@ Spirit, yes, with my chin on the street, as I still prefer using the viewer.
It's close to the street (heroine) whores site, I'd like to shoot one of them standing on the escalator

Hubird, that's a good idea - a big glossy book of street whores. Could be a seriously interesting social document.

@Samplaire: the "two meter rule" is that most casual photographers take every shot from head-height
