Hi. Just downloaded 2 STW reverbs (following recommendations on this forum, it's supposed to be the best for SFP, no..?) and don't know how to install them.

I would like to use them both in the routing window and in cubase's XTC mode.

Thanking you.
Shay.

For the STW Warp's reverbs unzip in your SFP folder, the contained files will spread through the necessary folders, dsp files in dsp folder, device files in the Effects folder etc.

I never used XTC.

sob sob, they STW just sent me an e-mail that their plugins do not support XTC which is the main way that I work in.
Thanks for the help.

they're so good that it would be worth reconsidering the main way you work(for "final" mixes anyway)....

no, i didn't. will it just work from inside sequencer, or actually use the SFP DSPs ?

Many thanks.

As simplest trick, but with fewest options, any working SFP insert plugin can be loaded into a MultiFX, be it in SFp or XTC.

No matter weither you use XTC or SFP mode, audio processing happens on the DSP's.

XTC limits routing options as we know from SFP mode, but offers most precise automation level. Press Write on an SX track and discover how precise automation can be set. Another backdraw of XTC is Plugin Delay Compensation. PDC uses some extra system resources and may make one wonder why they call it DSP Accelerator cards.

Have fun!

brilliant. Thank you:)!

btw, i use my computer mostly to record bands (many tracks usually) and was wondering if there is any reason for me not to use my Pulsar purely in XTC mode.

Many thanks.
