I'm here again. Do you remember me? Finally I have bought the Scope Project. The installation was very easy. The only problem is i´m waiting the user acount from creamware´s web since two weeks. If i can´t register my board, I can´t get the keys for the plugin pack. How much time use to take in creamware for answer the e-mails? May I send a message to another direction?

i bought secondhand board last week and i send mail to cw. they replayed the same day with attached my new allkey file and also they do re-registration of board to my user account.

check your pm. i will send you e-mail of man from cw who answered to me.

did you email rb[at]creamware.de ? that should definitely work. maybe you are the victim of anti-spam software. since you are in spain, perhaps a quick phone call would be in order....

there it is: your mail ended in a spam filter (my guess from 'policy')
possibly a gateway (or even the hotmail domain) is blocked by CWA's server.
Can you send from a different account, or have someone forward the mail for you ?

Why the antispam-filter blocked hotmails? Isn't It the most popular e-mail service?

don't worry - there are providers of 'blacklists' that even block a complete nation, as recently with the .de domain

afaik hotmail has a pretty bad reputation and frequently isn't accepted as a 'valid' e-mail representation (in 'business-like' context)
it may have changed over time, but that's what my memory suggests.
