Hi tim,
Welcome aboard

{Polish}
{English}
Have you upgraded your machine lately? Perhaps it's overheated? Try to reseat your card or if you have more thab one card - try to reseat the STDM cable. How old is your windows install? Try to install it from scratch.
OR, is anything digital connected to your card? Investigate if the problem project is synced to your card (MASTER) or to the outboard gear (SLAVE) in the "samplerate" settings.

Running anti-virus? Could also just try doing a re-install of SFP over the top.

since one year ago after having my pulsar2 and recently my scope pro, i have tried many configurations. i have formated and installed a fresh system over 100 times, with many combinations of partitions and other stuf.
I think that if you want to have a stable system you must have your pc basically configured for audio.
No antivirus, no internet, no games, no small programs without importance.
Just xp, drivers and then scope.
After you may install a sequencer, and finally another one two or three! music machines to play.
I think bigger guys here will agree.
install seperatelly (have 2 xp instalations) in another hd or even controller, for games and internet.
I use southbridge controller with two discs in raid0 for scope and audio generally, and sillicon (my motherboard has two controllers) controller with a hd for fun, internet, games, and scope (but for tests and experiments).
Raid0 is not necessary.
if you want another more simple solution, just use the one controller(maybe you dont have socond) and install in two discs.
one os for audio etc... and one os for internet etc...

what exactly did you do those few days ago ?
did you install/try out any software, hardware, did you update something, etc ?
ther IS a reason for what changed, even if it may not be obvious immediately...

(for example I once got strange error messages which suggested a re-install would be required, but it turned out that a Ram module I had added just recently was bad)
is this the only project that stucks on load or does it happen with every project ?
cheers, tom
