That suxxxx!

After logging in to cwaudio.de and chose "Activate Software serial number" there are two input fields, one for my SW and one for my HW serial number.

The big problem is: The HW serial number input is a dropdown menu with NO entry, just blank! Bummer.

Looking under "Registered HW" confirms that my NOAH is correctly registered.

Not nice, when you have spent money and received the envelope with your new plugin and can't do anything with it!

gggrrrr!

Agreed! Get an email out to support and I'm sure they'll help you out.

They've always done right by me. Be sure to send to Germany support (creamware.de).

Although I know that probably won't help you this weekend

Hmmm... I just went to same page for my login and the drop-down for HW serial number has all of my registered cards available for selection. Must not be a server-down issue. Does your card shows up in your Registered Hardware listing?

I rather think it is a permanent problem with my account/registration. I just again tried it with IE and Mozilla, no go.

Under "Registered Hardware" everything seems normal, eg. my NOAH and its HW serial is listed.

I have to add that this is the first time I bought an additional plugin for my NOAH.

Gotcha. Beyond me at this point (obviously). Hopefully they'll get back with you soon. Sorry I couldn't be of help other than maybe a sanity check of the site's operation. Regards...

yeah, some of the noahs don't show. pity that Ralf's on vacation. he'd handle this imediately. i'm sure whoever is there currently(Jo?) will handle it for you. think of it this way. in the scope world, that is a REAL synth. you just ordered it on ebay and you have overnight or 2 day shipping.....

Ok, everything is sorted now. Thanks to you guys and to AndreD/Creamware for hooking me up...

The Prodyssey is a very different beast compared to the Mini and the Prophet. Harsh and direct. Ironically, it often produces sounds that remind me of the side effects in digital synthesizers (aliasing etc.).
