Yes, it has stereo audio inputs. i use it all the time on M-Tron. Also good for dirtying things up a bit. i've even made an effects-only bank available
here.

I bought the B2003 more or less ONLY for it's FX

not only for the Leslie but also for tube amp and chorus vibrato - and for the wishlist:
zero polyphony would be great
cheers, Tom
btw Celmo has a Leslie emulation since years - not as detailed as CWA's, but for less cash

Dear Astroman,
Please forgive me if I've overlooked this, but can I use Chorus, and vibrato with the tonewheels, while bypassing the rotary effect?

yes, all fx can be applied individually - the leslie on/off for the complete instrument, chorus-vibrato on/off for upper/lower manual
cheers, Tom

Thank You Astroman,
Once again your wisdom is appreciated very much. I haven't had to time to check out the details, only messed with presets, and disabled the rotary effect.
