I used SFP with the tripleDAT plugin for several years.
However, I can't get SFP running under Windows 98SE on my new Dell Dimension 8400 PC (1 GB of RAM).
After starting SFP, the system complains about insufficient RAM...
I tried the tricks with VCACHE MinFileCache=524288 and MaxFileCache=524288, but no luck.
Also reducing available RAM to 512M doesn't help.

SFP runs well under XP, but not tripleDAT...

Any ideas?

I remember that Win98 has serious problems and unpredictable results with more than 768 Mb of memory. I've also read that there is a tweak to make windows ignore the surplus, but I truly don't remember it...

Intel chipset driver is installed? RAM limit is 512 MB.

Indeed, I removed half of the RAM, such that only 512MB is left. Windows 98 runs perfectly now, hence I can use the TripleDAT plugin.
Microsoft mysteries...

you may want to upgrade to the new tripleLE with SFP and win XP and as much ram as your system can handle.
