I am trying to upgrade my SFP 3.1 to SFP 4.0 which as I have understood is available for registered users.
I am identified on My Page, I have downloaded the material I need, I have activated the Scope 4.0, I have the activation keys but I cannot download the file allkeys.skf.
I get an error message:
"Serverobjekt-Fehler 'ASP 0177 : 800706ba'
Server.CreateObject-Fehler
/shop2000/de/shop/asp.pro/Profile/downloadKeyfile.asp, Zeile 4
Der RPC-Server ist nicht verfügbar".
Trying to install the SFP 4.0 by entering the activation codes, copied from the table "Activation Keys", by hand doesn't advance from this point.
Only "Back" and "Cancel" are available.
Please help me

email your SN to
jo@creamware.de or
rb@creamware.de and request that they send you the all key file.
or simply type in those keys.
make sure you update the ASPI layer as noted on the download page.

Antar,
Thank you for your reply.
I got just today morning an answer from CreamWare and did what they and you adviced me to do. They will email me my allkeys-file.
So I hope it's going to be ok within next couple of days.
My problem,as I told, initially was that I was unable to get the installation to advance inspite of entering my codes by hand. I tried several times, so there was nothing wrong in my typing, I'm sure.
Thanks anyway, I'll report the results later.

Thanks everybody. And thanks CreamWare for sending my allkeys file in email.
After I had emailed about my problem it was fixed in two hours.
