I've tried getting an answer to this at electro-music but I need a Creamware as well as Nord expert. I can't seem to send midi cc's to the editor - I'm using a Phatboy 2 as well as my KOrg Workststion which funtions as my midi keys - the workstation is plugged directly into the G2 engine's midi in (and through a midi switching unit also to the pulsar II midi in for when I need to play softsynths) and the Phatboy into my Luna midi in (I have a Luna and Pulsar so potentially 2 midi ins). I'm not sure how to set up the editor to recieve midi info - the audio/midi options under tools in the menu are greyed out (is this normal??) and I've tried setting up a project for it but wasn't sure what to include - I tried the luna midi in going to sequencer out or luna midi out but neither worked? What's the best way to set it up so I can asign cc's to a knob in the editor and turn it using the phatboy or modwheel for example??

Never mind I found a way. I was thinking I'd have to get a hardware midi merger so I could route both into the back of the G2 Engine but then I realised I could try doing this entirely in Scope (as I have 2 midi ins with my Pulsar and Luna). So I have created a project with both midi ins connected with a midi merge and then I have the midi out from Pulsar wired into the back of the G2. I assumed it would have more latency this way but it seems pretty much the same and the Phatboy 2 and keyboard are now working together with the Editor. The advantage is that I don't have to use any hardware midi switchers either to swap between using the G2 and using Scope/soft synths.
