I have recently purchased two Scope Pro Z Link cards and have tried to create a user account by using the registration page on the Creamware site but keep getting the following messages when trying to create an account (tried using 4 different nicknames and my two email addresses):-
Below are not the actual nicknames or email address that I used for obvious reasons!
Error message "Registration failed: loginname already exists (Error 3604)"
(Nickname) -------------- (Email Address)
A -------------- D
A -------------- C
B -------------- D
B -------------- C
C -------------- D
C -------------- C
Error message "Registration failed: Email-Address is invalid!"
B -------------- D
B -------------- C
I have no record of, or cannot remember, ever creating an account previously. The fact that I have now tried to do so using different nicknames and email addresses with the same "Registration failed" messages and using the same nicknames and email addressess have also had different "Registration failed" messages, leads me to believe that there is something wrong with the login process. I have cookies enabled and have enabled java under the "Microsoft VM" heading in the "Internet Options" - "Advanced" section. I did reset my PC after enabling java and then tried to register again but had the same problems.
I know I can enter the 25 12 figure activation codes manually for each card but I would prefer to be able to register my hardware and download my keyfile. Also, as I have just purchased two Scope cards that I need to register - is there any particular procedure I need to follow to activate the software for both cards, or is this pretty simple to do as the process is iniated by the Creamware hardware/software itself?
Lastly, just to make sure I have everything covered! I get the following messages when opening Cubase which, I assume, is because I have uninstalled and removed my previous soundcard and have installed the Creamware cards (with them showing as correctly installed under "Sounds and Audio Devices Properties" "Hardware") but not installed the Creamware software yet. I guess, once I am able to get an activation key and install the software (or enter them all manually instead!) this will not happen.
