Focusrite Saffire. Hhhm... onboard DSP, Saffire-powered plugins (ie. not VSTi), sound familiar? This thing probably has nice Preamps and Comps, but none of the SCOPE routing (or synths) and yet is causing a stir.

Maybe CWA need to do something like this pretty pronto to keep the SCOPE banner fresh in people's minds - doesn't the Focusrite stuff use the same Sharc chips too?

Anything new from a well-respected brand gets hype and attention.. doesn't mean it's actually any good at anything but getting cash out of wallets

cw should partner up with foucusrite and give us liquedchannel soundcards.

not anything i could afford, but liquedchannel as xtc plugin in nuendo would probably be a hit.

come to think off it, it would probably need onboard memory.

it says "one step closer to the professional studio experience..." ahahahhaha.. Creamware IS pro studio. Focusrite has great products, but they oughta keep with what they know.
