A joke for you all, but perhaps the Brits will appreciate it the most:
Prince Charles gave his driver a day off and took the Rolls Royce for a drive in the grounds of Windsor Castle.
All of a sudden on of the Queen’s corgi dogs runs out under the wheels of the car.
Prince Charles stops and gets out to find the dog is dead, squashed.
“What am I going to do”? he says, “Mother will never let me become king now”.
So he has a look in the boot (trunk) and finds a spade.
“I know, I’ll bury it and tell the Queen that the dog must have run away”.
As he’s digging, the spade hits a hard metal object. Upon inspection it is an old lamp and Charles rubs it to clean it up.
All of a sudden, there is a puff of smoke and a Genie appears.
“I am the genie of the lamp”, he says, “and I grant you one wish”.
“Great”, says Charles. “Bring the dog back to life for me”.
The Genie takes a long hard look at the dog and says “I can not bring it back to life. Although I am the most powerful of genies, some things are beyond my ability. You must make another wish”.
“Okay”, says Prince Charles, “Please make Lady Camilla Parker-Bowles look beautiful on our wedding day”.
To which the Genie replies “Let me have another look at the dog”!!!!!!!!!
