Hi everyone,

CreamWare has graciously created a discussion forum for those who wish to participate in the SDK manual creation. Obviously you must have the SDK to join; CWA will verify that when you register (which means joining the forum will take a day or two). We're looking for experienced users (they can write the hard parts) and novices (they can write the easy parts). Please contribute!

The URL is: http://sdkdg.cwaudio.de/

Thank you in advance!

Shayne

Hey,

Unfortunately I cant get into the forum (like most 3rd party developers)and help, since I dont have access to the SDK and therefor haven't signed the NDA.

Cheers

DP and SDK are definitely from the same codebase, they shouldn't be terribly different from each other.

Im using the Scope DP 3.13b.

I don think the SDK is a stripped down version of the DP. The SDK has more modules compared to the DP version. You can make the exact same devices with the SDK.

I dont use any custom modules (well - besides the copy protection) - so any one with the SDK can make high-end plugins.

Cheers

Hi,

I'm with warp69. I don't have the SDK as well and therefor no access to the sdk forum, so I'm not able help you much there.
Indeed the SDK is more "uptodate" than the older DP as already mentioned in another thread (I use v3.1, which has the v2.x pulsar look).

kind regards
Wolfgang

But, Warp69, you ARE a member of the SDK forum! At least you're in the member list. Why can't you post anything?

Hey,

Yes, Im member - but my account isn't activated, since I haven't signed the SDK NDA.

Hey,

Well - the mentioned module (oscilloscope) is NOT included in DP version - I have never heard about it before. Regarding other modules described in the manual - I dont know, since there's NO manual for the DP.

And who cares about graphics - I would rather have all the modules.........

Cheers

How long did it take for CW to activate your account for the forum? It's been almost a week since I registered.

thanks,
