In Cubase: track 1 (midi), output set to [CreamWare MIDI Out 1], I put notes here and play...
In SFP: [Sequencer Midi Source 1]->[miniscope]->[STM 1632]->[Pulsar2 Z-Link B Dest].
The notes played in cubase make the indicator next to the midi channel selector of the miniscope blink but no sound... tried different presets. The same seems to happen with the [midi keyboard] of SFP. Midi acticity indicator blinks, no sound.
On for example [EZsysynth] the Level indicator also shows no activity. (synths set to "omni")
Strangely enough, VST instruments and all other audio within Cubase DO work. I can also get sound out of the [EDS 16i] using the onscreen buttons of the instrument itself.
Any idea ?

Try hooking the midi monitor to seq midi source to see what midi sfp is actually receiving.

I have no signal from the synths in the mixer.
I connect my Pulsar to Z-Link (Luna box).
The midi monitor just shows the note-on/note-off events like it should.
It seems like everything is normal except that the synths dont make any sound.
(I had this before a long time ago, and I could fix it then by reinstalling SFP completely from scratch, but I sort of hope there is another solution...)

stupid question, but did you have active the green square button at the top of the mixer's channel, above the 'D' button?

or try the minimax connected directly to the analog outs or the z-link. or try a different mixer, or the channel module.

at least like this you know it's the synth(s) or the mixer.
