I guess, this is not needed - ASUS ships winflash utility with their boards which automatically could detect new bios and flash the bios when online -as far as I know. Just have a look at the program cd of your mainboard. However - Asus has a tutorial about Bios flahing on their website

Hello,
There are 2 problems in your answers:first,I don't have internet acess on my music machine(I can't risk to get any viruses, and antivirus software is slowing my machine),and second,I don't have any floppy disk drives there. What I have is smartmedia card,is that of any use?

Thanks,
best regards

and lest but not last, a floppy is very simple to connect and maybe the cheapest solution - since even use floppies do work fine (dependent from the former user).

You could always make a Dos boot CD.
