It's just a hint:
I've got my 3rd Pulsar II (Scope FX) today including a CD with a separate folder "Scope FX 4.02". Inside a driver folder with new drivers from 2002! Are they really new?

No, those aren't any new drivers. The software might have been updated, though.

May just relate to scope fx series which may have something slightly diferent.

I think it's version for ScopeFX. I've seen the ScopeFX 4.02. May be this is a clue.
