Hhhmm,
I ordered one P100 and one A100 2 WEEKS ago and I still got no reply from ST. ;-(
What is going on there??

Ordered mine last week and got the file and the key within 24 hours.
I'd definitely get on to Craig.

When i placed an order on STW site a while back (can't remember whether it was for P-100 or Sharc One), i filled out the form and sent it....
couple of days later i had heard nothing... emailed the guys at STW but said they hadn't received any order from me so had to fill in the form and send it again!!!
sounds like this may have happened to you too Andre... it turns out they do have problems with their web site occasionally...
things like this i ALWAYS chase after a couple of days standard especially if i don't hear anything...
i advise everyone else placing orders with STW (or any company for that matter) to do the same so that way you're not kept waiting and also know exactly what's going on or what delays are expected and the reasons for them...

Have you contacted Craig and asked for your serial numbers?.
I waited 3 days for my A-100 and then contacted Craig, I recieved my serial No. and then my Key, all within 24 hours.
