The offer is only valid when you agree to the 'E-Plus Combi' fare, a contract to use their calling service during 24months.
One-time 25 euro connection costs, monthly service fare 9.9, and you have to call for minimum 14.9 euro per month, billed according to the fares below that line in the offer.

But according to the price of apple ypu pay 39 bucks less and pay in 24 month rate.
